There’s no doubt that the last several years have presented challenges not seen in a hundred years, but despite all of that, there have been plenty of exciting developments that have us looking forward to what the future holds.
Here at Consortyo, 2021 saw a wave of accomplishments that will allow us to serve our clients like never before!
1. Comprehensive 5-Point Security Plan
One of our top goals for 2021—and most significant achievements—was to develop a comprehensive 5-point security plan for our clients. This plan was a big deal for us, as it institutionalized your security as a primary focus for us here at Consortyo.
While developing the security plan, we had a simple motto: “Preach It, Teach It, Audit It.” We instill our security plan to our workers every day, train our customers on what we do to keep their information safe, and look back to ensure your security measures are correctly implemented.
When we say your information is secure, there is now a clear definition of what that means.
2. Improved Automation and Communication
We have become Office365 and Teams experts and ConnectWise partners for improving your businesses and ours.
2021 was the year that we fully integrated with ConnectWise. We created a series of checklists that standardized our internal workflow for whenever issues pop up. Fully integrating with ConnectWise allows us to improve our automation, increase efficiency, and better communication with our clients.
Whenever problems arise, we are better situated now than ever before to attack the issue and find an immediate solution.
3. Established Dedicated Teams
We serve many clients, offering everything from ongoing support services to designing and installing systems for new installation projects.
Last year, we established dedicated teams assigned to each type of service we offer. With our employees no longer having to split their attention between different types of clients or projects, everyone is able to benefit from the increased attention and focus.
4. Prospered During COVID
We’re proud to say that during a turbulent time when so many companies and families were dealing with crushing uncertainty, we were in a position to do more for our employees and their families than ever before. Employees benefited from Work From Home opportunities if applicable, and everyone received almost a month off between holidays and any necessary sick days.
Not only that, but we ended the year by expanding our Consortyo team!
5. Hired Two New Managers
We recently hired two new managers who will take these incredible accomplishments from last year and help us use them as a foundation for an even better 2022.
Our new managers will allow Consortyo to better serve our clients in various ways. They will help ensure our 5-point security plan is working appropriately by preaching it to our team and conducting the audits to verify that your information is secure.
They’ll also help solve problems quickly and efficiently and improve our communication with our clients.
